Will oversees all contingent staffing services for Lyle Health, with a heavy emphasis on process, controls and procedure. Previous to Lyle Health, Will spent 6 years working for Robert Half International as a Manager in their New York City location. Will graduated from The College of Wooster and resides in Farmington, CT with his wife and children.
Director of Recruiting
Kevin started with Lyle Health in 2013 as a recruiter and took over the role of Director of Recruiting in 2017. Kevin’s expertise covers a broad range of specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery and urology. Kevin is a Berlin, CT native and earned his BS at Central Connecticut State University where he captained the golf team.
Senior Vice President of Recruiting
Brendan is a Senior Recruiter at Lyle Health and joined the team in 2013. He specializes in business development and physician assistant/nurse practitioner recruitment and retention. He previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry. A lifelong resident of central Connecticut, Brendan graduated from McDaniel College in Westminster, MD where he was the captain of the golf team.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bucchi is responsible for all accounting and finance oversight, as well as strategic planning for Lyle Health. Since joining in 2012, Ron has been instrumental in growing Lyle Health and setting up Lyle’s financial partners. Ron has specific healthcare merger and acquisitions experience and also serves on Lyle Health’s executive committee. Ron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and is a CPA.
Chief Technology Officer
Stephen joined Lyle Health in 2011 and brings a strong technology, coding and website development background to the team. Stephen handles all CRM updates and is responsible for writing all of the proprietary algorithms Lyle Health uses during its recruitment process. Stephen received a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Masters in Management of Software Systems Development from Carnegie Mellon University.
Chief Administration Officer
Maya joined Lyle Health in 2017 and currently acts as the companies CAO. Her responsibilities include oversight of the Locum Tenens credentialing department, corporate travel, company communications, continuing education, strategic partnerships and marketing. Maya graduated Delta Sigma Pi from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Economics and Business Administration.
Director of Business Development
Josh is the Director of Business Development and is a forward facing part of our team. His focus is to maintain our relationships across the client landscape, as well as, cultivating our pool of experienced candidates. After years in sales, he came to us in late 2017 to foster more of a customer service/client relationship role, through his deeper connection with people. Josh has a B.S. from Keen State College, is an avid golfer, and is recently starting a new family in the Connecticut area.

Nikki joined Lyle Health in 2016 and oversees staffing of full-time, permanent positions nationwide. Nikki graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Allied Health Sciences and a concentration in Public Health and Health Promotion. She immediately began working for Lyle Health after graduation and quickly became passionate about the field of recruiting. She loves having the opportunity to help people find their dream job!
Senior Recruiting Manager
Carli joined Lyle Health in June 2018 as a Recruitment Manager and is responsible for staffing full-time, permanent Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner positions. Carli graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Masters of Science in Accounting. She worked at Lyle Health prior to becoming an accountant and realized recruiting is really her passion. Carli loves meeting new people every day and helping them in their search for the perfect job!.

Tori, a Connecticut native, graduated from Central Connecticut State University, where she was a member of their Division I swim team. With some employers weighing inter-personal skills and communication skills over experience, Tori takes time get to know her candidates and ensure she finds employer opportunities which match to candidate preferences, personalities and goals.
Division Director – Surgical Services
Cody joined Lyle Health in 2018 and currently serves as the Division Director of Surgical Services, focusing primarily in the specialties of orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, vascular surgery, and otolaryngology. Cody graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a B.A. in Language and Linguistics and was also team captain of the men's golf team. Cody currently resides in West Hartford, Connecticut.

Division Director - Dermatology Services
James started with the Lyle Group in 2016 and serves as the Division Director of our dermatology placement division. James joined Lyle Health after working for Robert Half International and brought a wealth of staffing, management and leadership experience. James is originally from South Windsor, CT and attended college at the University of Connecticut.
Geoff Manton, MD
Medical Director – Radiology Services
Dr. Manton helps to oversee Lyle Health’s Radiology Locum Tenens placement services. Dr. Manton received his Undergraduate Degree from Miami of Ohio, his Medical Degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, completed both residency and fellowship in MRI from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Manton is Board Certified in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
Director of Recruiting – Locum Tenens
Ben oversees the recruitment team for Lyle Health’s Locum Tenens business. Prior to becoming division director, Ben was a recruitment manager for Lyle Health focusing within Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Radiology. Ben attended the University of South Carolina, and enjoys developing relationships with the Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners he works with every day. Ben is the current office push up champion and enjoys jogging and yoga.
Senior Vice President – Locum Tenens
Patrick oversees all Account Managers for Lyle Health’s Locum Tenens business. Patrick focuses on relationship building, business development and enjoys managing the growing Locum Tenens team. Prior to Joining Lyle Health, Patrick worked in financial services as a portfolio manager. Patrick received his degree in Finance from Eastern Connecticut State University where he was a member of the baseball team.
