Nursing Manager of Behavioral Health Services
The Nursing Manager of Behavioral Health Services is a critical leader and is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical operations of behavioral health services. This position supervises two Behavioral Health Specialists, a peer support specialist and other support personnel ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, and works collaboratively with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), and behavioral health prescriptive providers. The Nursing Manager plays a pivotal role in integrating nursing care with behavioral health practices to support the holistic well-being of patients.

Education and Licensure

Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered license in Louisiana - Degree in nursing required
Experience

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in behavioral health, mental health, or a related setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. - Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred
