Physician Assistant - Interventional Radiology
Renowned radiology practice in the Lakeland, Florida area is seeking a physician assistant to join their growing team! Ideal candidates will have a background working in radiology, however candidates with experience in surgery, emergency medicine, critical care, etc. are also strongly encouraged to apply and the group is very willing to train!
Enjoy a stable Monday-Friday schedule and work with a tight-knit team, all while performing hands-on procedures and working in the emerging field of interventional radiology.

Responsibilities:
- Full-time permanent position - Interventional Radiology
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Perform breast and thyroid biopsies, post-biopsy dressing, wound care, and patient emergency situations
- Perform additional procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, PICC lines, etc.
- Take an active role in patient and family education, communication between referring physicians and patient families
Qualifications:
- Florida Physician Assistant License
- BLS/ACLS Certified
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience performing hands-on procedures
